Giorgio Collection at Salone del Mobile.Milano Moscow

-

Salone del Mobile.Milano Moscow is about to start and this year again the Giorgio Collection company – led by the third generation of the Masolo family – is to return to the event with its stunning new Infinity collection and a range of bespoke pieces for the Russian market, whose public is one of the biggest admirers of the brand’s take on contemporary living.

Giorgio Collection offers a sophisticated combination of precious materials, stunning surfaces, attention to detail and expert production techniques capable of putting a unique spin on classic styles: the brand will occupy an extended 100 square metre space, which provides the perfect setting for three Infinity collection display rooms combining Art Deco vibes with cutting-edge design.

Designed by Giorgio Soressi, the Infinity collection encompasses pieces for the bedroom, dining room and living room; central to the collection is the use of prized Makoré mahogany wood, a tropical African wood in a grey colour with brown nuances, which gives an unrivalled sense of depth to the furniture.

For the first time, brushed glossy polyester is paired with chrome-plated gold and rare green Bolivia marble, a top-of-the-range variety which supplements the eight marble varieties already available, offering a new take on the contemporary Art Deco style.

There will be over 50 items from the brand’s “total living” style on show, including original lines and both 2D and 3D effects created through the painstaking design and creation of prismatic solid elements and the use of 45° angles; the accessories chosen will underpin Giorgio Collection’s new luxury aesthetic, with 25 objects on display including lighting, crockery and rugs; and of course, the famous Giorgio Collection lion head logo has pride of place on every piece.

The company comes to the Moscow event bolstered by an exciting and successful year, which saw it open new stores around the world: this development speaks volumes as to the popularity of the brand, whose home décor collections are at the very top end of the market, and Russia is the country in which Giorgio Collection has consolidated the most

Consequently, after the enormous success enjoyed by the brand on the Russian market, in May Giorgio Collection opened its first showroom in Moscow, at the premises of its partner company Casaricca, and 350 square metre mono-brand store is set to open in Spring 2019.

In conclusion, Salone del Mobile.Milano Moscow will once again provide Giorgio Collection with an opportunity to set out its vision of luxury living; the brand will also be appearing at the exclusive Salone del Mobile.Milano Shanghai event between 22 and 24 November.
