Market and culture, luxury and art. The Louis Vuitton Foundation and its new home in Paris, located between the Jardin d’Acclimatation and the Bois de Boulogne, and opened to the public in late 2014, prove that entrepreneurship and patronage can and must go hand in hand: a building dedicated to contemporary art, designed by the architect Frank Gehry at the behest of Bernard Arnault, President of the LVMH Group.
The impact of the structure is not limited to the outside: in fact, the choice of USM furniture and storage systems for the offices meets both the high quality standards of the luxury brand Louis Vuitton and the need for optimum adaptability, because of the offices’ unusual shape dictated by the form of the building itself.
USM Haller pure white storage units elegantly fit into the office space without closing it off, while individual work areas are furnished in a range of colours, as USM Haller desks are fitted with mobile pedestals in golden yellow, ruby red, gentian blue and pure orange. USM Haller tables have been chosen also for the meeting rooms and private offices.
Clean line, top-quality image, light and upmarket aesthetic: in this supremely transparent building, USM Haller furniture systems set the tone everywhere, be it in the reception area, the meeting rooms or the individual workspaces.
