M7 Contemporary Apartments, a new concept of hospitality signed by Pierattelli Architetture

M7 Contemporary Apartments is a project designed by the Florence-based studio Pierattelli Architetture to create a place where people can feel at home: a new concept of hospitality based on the rehabilitation of a neoclassical building and the combination of the classical austerity of the architectural complex with the contemporary design of its furniture.

The spaces are clean and characterised by a linear design, and the spaces’ division is created to reach the maximum functionality: each apartment tells a unique story, with a different combination of rooms tied by a singular style.

In fact, the furniture, most of them tailor-made, were individually designed for each apartment, with the stated goal of diversity acting as a catalyst: light tones merge with warm woods, like noce and canaletto, while powerful and distinct colours, such as electric blue and emerald green, are complemented by warm lights.

In addition, very recognizable design pieces, part of our culture, were selected to enhance the tailor-made furniture.

The result is not a complex of simply apartments but cozy homes where people can feel and share emotions.
