Studio Apostoli has designed the interior of the Sky Pool Villas at Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda in Gargnano. This new luxury offering, created in collaboration with the Lefay Resorts Project Team, enhances the accommodation options for long stays, seamlessly integrating with the exceptional eleven-hectare hillside landscape and the panoramic view of Lake Garda.
The five villas, nestled into the slopes and featuring green roofs, showcase contemporary architecture. Each unit, spanning at least 300 square meters on a single level, offers a private garden and an infinity pool. Expansive glazing, soft neutral tones, and stone accents characterize the exterior aesthetic, blending with the environment. The typologies include three two-bedroom units, one three-bedroom villa, and a penthouse.
The interiors, inspired by the context and the 1960s nautical style, use neutral and natural color schemes. Classic Travertine flooring extends throughout, while the walls combine raw silk, lacquered paneling, and, in the penthouse, sections of Calacatta Gold. Lowered ceilings with Canaletto walnut timber inserts and integrated lighting define the ambiance. The bespoke furnishings, with soft, sinuous lines, recall naval aesthetics, and Aquamarine details (such as washbasins and onyx panels) evoke the colors of the lake, framed like a painting by the expansive windows. The spatial configuration, with slatted partitions, fluidly divides the areas.
Each villa includes a private spa: a sauna and massage area in the two- and three-bedroom units; for the penthouse, an outdoor whirlpool bath and a sensory shower are also included.
The Sky Pool Villas represent a model of private luxury that addresses modern market demands, ensuring continuity with the resort.
