Terrazze Talenti will be located in a secluded yet connected area, 20 minutes far from the Rome Termini station and the Rome Fiumicino and Rome Ciampino airports. The sinuous shapes and the shades of the Terrazze Talenti buildings interact harmoniously with the landscape, giving to the urban area and the complex an appearance characterised by balconies running continuously around the perimeter of the buildings. The pale façades of the construction are partly covered with composite wood with doors, windows and fanlights made of aluminium.
The wide range of flats includes a total of 187 units, varying from very intimate two-room apartments up to the exclusive attics, passing through three-room and four-room apartments. All the residences have large habitable balconies, while the flats on the ground floor have a private garden.
