ARAN Contract furnishes the One Wall Street building in New York

-

Located in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District, at the iconic intersection of Wall Street and Broadway, One Wall Street is a landmark of Art Deco architecture, meticulously restored by the renowned American architect Ralph Walker. The building offers an exclusive collection of residences, ranging from studios to penthouses, featuring unparalleled views of the New York skyline and harbor, as well as lower-floor residences immersed in Manhattan’s historic architecture.

For this project, as with most of its global contract ventures, the Abruzzo-based company ARAN Contract customized materials and finishes. The kitchens feature white matte lacquered millerighe doors, enriched with grooves that create a sophisticated rhomboidal pattern. The bathrooms have been crafted using a combination of refined materials, integrating white matte lacquer with natural oak veneer.

This choice not only enhances the elegance of the spaces— perfectly in harmony with the building’s architecture—but also reflects ARAN Contract’s commitment to sustainability through the use of renewable resources and responsible production processes.

The One Wall Street project stands as another important milestone in ARAN Contract’s history, reaffirming the company’s ability to interpret the needs of the international luxury market.
