Each kitchen is a custom concept. Hand-finished oak cabinetry, elegant brass profiles and handles, and carefully selected finishes create a dialogue with the building’s contemporary architecture. White granite countertops—chosen for their resilience and timeless beauty—complete the ensemble, offering generous, high-performance work surfaces. Everything is integrated: from the layout to the latest-generation appliances, from invisible waste management systems to high-end finishes, ensuring each kitchen becomes the heart of the home.
The same design philosophy extends into the 361 bathrooms, conceived as personal wellness retreats. Marble walls, natural stone floors, and stainless steel rainfall showers evoke a luxurious, spa-like experience. The use of brushed brass accessories and integrated lighting adds warmth and contemporary elegance.
