Window Lamp is the new, surprising lighting project designed by the unconventional designer Marcantonio for Seletti: a new product that, playing on the reversal of indoor/outdoor perception, gives rise to a short-circuit of unexpected illusions.
Presented at Milan Design Week 2023, this luminous object in the shape of an archetypal window -available in four different variants – breaks down the boundaries of space by creating an illusory opening to a blue sky dotted with white clouds, echoing one of the brand’s signature patterns.
In addition, from the white frame, a state-of-the-art LED dreamily transforms rooms by bringing a shining sky indoors even in the dead of night. Marcantonio explains:
“A window with a view of a beautiful sunny sky has always been an image with a positive and pop character for me. With Window Lamp, I wanted to give people the opportunity to open a window wherever they most desire without the need for construction or permits from the municipality!”
Window Lamp harmoniously combines aesthetics and function: it is a lamp with a poetic character capable of creating unexpected corners in any environment where you can spend your time imagining fantastic landscapes.
