The new JUWI Group offices in Milan

-

In Milan CBĀrchitects studio has designed the new offices of JUWI Group, a global leader in renewable energy, recently inaugurated.

The offices are located at Via Pirelli 30, covering over 400 m² and blending functionality, modern aesthetics, and sustainability. The spaces include four flexible work areas, four meeting rooms, and multifunctional coworking zones, all designed to foster collaboration and efficiency.

Every detail was conceived to reflect the company’s commitment to renewable energy and environmental respect. The open architecture and airy spaces allow natural light to flow freely, minimizing the need for artificial lighting and creating an environment that promotes focus and well-being.

Versatility is at the heart of the design, with multipurpose coworking areas that easily adapt to various work styles. The spaces are designed to support both collaborative and individual activities, ensuring a perfect balance between dynamic interaction and personal tranquility.

The four north-facing meeting rooms were designed to maximize natural brightness while avoiding glare. The main meeting room, ideal for brainstorming sessions, presentations, and strategic discussions, serves as a focal point for group activities and critical decision-making.

The project for JUWI Group integrates collaborative islands and a private office, offering the flexibility needed to meet the evolving demands of the JUWI Group team. This modularity enables the spaces to be tailored to specific activities, ensuring a state-of-the-art work environment.
