Listone Giordano, a world icon of high-end flooring, is the protagonist of the residential project Lomas Altas created by Mexican designer and architect Jaime Arena in the hills of Mexico City.
The project fully expresses the designer’s values: the very high quality of work, the enhancement of the genius loci and a harmonious integration of the built within the natural landscape.

The wooden surface signed Listone Giordano
The choice of materials recalls a special attention to their purity, far from the anthropic manipulation of them. Wood is definitely one of the protagonists of its interior setting along with stone and the most exclusive marbles. In this realization, the wooden surface is declined both in the running laying and in elegant natural Oak Spina from the Atelier Heritage Filigrana Civita collection with soft and bright shades.
The sense of volume is at the center of the design process, with its infinite heights, majestic corridors and imposing glass windows, three-dimensional frames and architectural elements that confront, playfully, with natural light.

The Heritage line selected for Lomas Altas represents an aesthetic and technological revolution, integrated within its production process, consisting of heat treatments capable of obtaining, without the use of dyes or chemicals, an infinite variety of colors starting from the prince of European woods such as Oak.
