The series includes a lounge chair and a versatile platform, easily transformed into a spacious sofa by adding backrests and cushions.
The lounge chair, with its low seat, adds an informal touch, epitomizing the brand’s commitment to “laid-back” comfort. The Pod lounge chair boasts upholstery in Costa Inglese, a knitted fabric woven in two colours to accentuate its distinctive “ribbed” pattern. The platform is available in Maglia Rasata or Tao chenille, exclusive outdoor fabrics by Paola Lenti. Crafted from Rope, a recyclable technical yarn, these fabrics offer resilience against water, UV rays, mold, and bacteria.
In line with Paola Lenti’s commitment to sustainability, Pod’s padding features Aerelle® blue polyester fiber, derived from disposable plastic collected before it reaches water bodies. This material undergoes a certified industrial process, marked with the EU Ecolabel. Additionally, the process is verified for traceability according to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).
