In 2021 Zanette presents Hood, the armchair designed by the Spanish Francesc Rifè and characterized by the curved wood profile that defines its armrests and backrest.
The horseshoe shape of the structure in oak embraces the voluminous seat cushions, covered in leather, fabric or other custom upholstery, and helps to emphasize the lines of a furniture made of a few intersected geometries, which clearly recall the typical language of the Fifties.
Designing Hood, Rifè played with proportions, shortening the legs, increasing the depth of the seat and raising the level of the padding: the result is an armchair with an ergonomic and compact appearance, perfect with its single presence in an entrance or in a reading corner, or in a bedroom, next to a sofa in a living room, or in contract spaces such as waiting rooms or hotel lounges.
Finally, the Hood by Zanette is available in several finishes, both for the oak and for the upholstery, which is removable to ensure maximum practicality.
