In order to create this holiday home near Asiago, architect Emanuele Ferrarese transformed a single-family house into two holiday homes, working on a vertical division of the volume each one by two floors.
He guaranteed both houses independence and a view to south, and added two extensions that make both units visible from the street; the element that supported this operation is the grafting of the big “white stone Asiago” wall.
In addition, the project reduced the volumetric mass by lowering the level of the roof and dividing the elevations with strips of horizontal materials.
Both interiors enjoy double height spaces and large windows that frame the external landscape, to fully enjoy your holidays.
