Luxe Rome Apartment, the serviced apartment for contemporary travellers

-

The new project Luxe Rome Apartment, recently inaugurated in Via Venezia, Rome, represents a perfect combination between the comfortable luxury provided by hotels and resorts and the experience of living the city in a real and ‘private’ way and it meets the needs of a more and more international leisure and business clientele.

The facility belongs to the Roman hospitality entrepreneur Andrea Valentini, and it consists of a 150-square-metre serviced apartment located on the second floor of a historic building in the centre of the capital city.

The entrance is characterised by an elegant barrel vault highlighted by the presence of a Barrisol covering, a stretch ceiling made out of a non-flammable PVC sheet that increases the lighting and spatiality of the area. This element was chosen also for the dining room and the kitchen, which form an open space in the heart of the house.

At the centre of the kitchen there is an island made of pure white marble, while in the background there are fitted wall units made of walnut and steel. Two big portals lead the guests to the living room, enriched by full height bookcases made of black walnut and decorated with rattan wallpaper. The big marble fireplace and the majestic Pack sofa by Edra are positioned opposite to each other.

In the apartment there are also two rooms with a queen-size bed and their own pillow list; in one you can also find a chair bed. Their peculiarity is the use of natural materials, sartorial earth tone colour furniture and textiles produced by Loro Piana. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

The walnut-coloured travertine enriches the covering of the two bathrooms available; in one there is even a whirlpool bath. An ante bathroom completes the spa area, furnished with clay-coloured fixtures and equipped with the Barrisol false ceiling in the shape of a barrel vault, like in a thermal cave.

The most modern home automation technology supports the Home Concierge services, to ensure the highest level of efficiency and comfort to the guests, including the silence provided by the noise reduction windows that mitigate the sounds coming from the outside.

Finally, the walls of the Luxe Rome Apartment are decorated with a series of photographs depicting the architecture of the capital city, a celebration of the eternal charm of Rome.
