The ICONIC Tower Design by Pininfarina is the new high-end 66-story residential tower designed by Pininfarina Architecture for the international real estate developer Mered in Dubai Internet City. The tower, scheduled to open in 2027, will redefine the skyline of this vibrant area of the city.
The design of the skyscraper takes shape following the wind flows, a constant presence in this area, shaping its lines and giving a sense of movement to the entire structure. The main façade, facing the Persian Gulf, features soft, sinuous shapes reminiscent of calm waterscaressed by the breeze. The inner side, facing the city in the direction of the desert, shows sharper lines inspired by the wind-sculpted shapes of the sand dunes.
The podium hosts the entrance lounge with a restaurant and café, an exclusive five-level parking lot, and a large terrace with an infinity pool and outdoor relaxation areas connected to multifunctional spaces and event areas. From here, the residential floors rise, organized into three blocks, making the structure more dynamic and improving the overall visual appeal.
The 310 exclusive apartments, with full or partial views of the coast, feature large terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow abundant light to filter into the spaces, suggesting a sense of continuity between indoors and outdoors. On the intermediate floors, a second terrace houses an adult pool, a lounge bar, and a spa: a true oasis of well-being, where one can enjoy the beauty of the panorama from a privileged vantage point.
