A luxurious reinterpretation of mountain constructions; with the new Penthouse, recently inaugurated and curated by Studio Apostoli (who designed the entire interior of the complex inaugurated in 2019), Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti enriches its accommodation offering and meets the latest requirements for long-stays.
Designed in collaboration with the Lefay Project Team, the Penthouse measures over 290 square meters and is characterised by natural materials combined with custom-designed furnishings and neutral colours.
Natural oak parquet flooring connects the large living and dining area – equipped with a kitchen island – with the three bedrooms and the dressing room. In the four bathrooms, the main one of which has a steam sauna and private whirlpool, stone surfaces in neutral tones and rich contrasting veins are featured.
Completing the private wellness experience is an indoor bio-sauna overlooking the large private terrace, equipped with a conversation corner and a panoramic heated whirlpool bath.
The envelope is punctuated by large windows, interspersed with portions of wooden panels and brass details – creating a direct continuity between the living space and the surrounding nature. Simultaneously the large windows allow natural light to flood into the living space – further enhanced by introducing precise, warm lighting.
Finally, the residence has low-emission energy technologies, a bio-climatisation system, and two electrically operated fireplaces.
The result is the perfect synthesis between the advantages of an independent solution with the hospitality and services of the main Pinzolo complex facility – located in the Madonna di Campiglio ski area.
