A sensational year, full of confirmations and novelties: in 2019 Barel is ready to lead to its public an extremely varied range of products, with the fundamental support of the architect Simone Micheli, who si the strategic consultant for the company’s image and also signs the project for Barel’s booth at this year’s Salone del Mobile.Milano.
At the same time, during the Milan Design Week, the company will be among the protagonists of the Fuori Salone by Micheli: in Lambrate, the exhibition HOTEL REGENERATION social space | social life | social time will still see Barel products in the forefront.
In particular, to fulfill and finish the booth interior decoration, the architect has again selected products of the highest profile such as the Bruno Parquet floorings and the wall paper from Skinwall, and in this beautiful framework, Barel will present new captivating pieces, designed by the architect Micheli: Sfera coffee table-pouf, Girotondo small-table pouf and ET lamp, designed in collaboration with Gerbaldo Polimeri (a well-known company dealing with plastic materials) and created using the innovative material Hexell Aeon 99.
The novelties’ chapter is just as rich beacuse the 2019 Salone will also feature another great Italian architect: Andrea Lucatello designed for Barel the Eiger table, the Quartz console table, the Brilliant sideboard, the Globe bed and the Flash mirror, in collaboration with the In-House Technical Studio.
Furthermore, Barel will present the Aliko armchair, by the famous architect Gianni Arnaudo, and its variant the Aliko small bench: Aliko is created on the occasion of the furnishing of one of the nightclubs exhibited in the Night Fever exhibition, first in Basel at the Vitra Design Museum and now at the Atomium Design Art Museum of Brussels.
