The Molteni Group, with member companies Molteni&C|Dada|UniFor, has recently inaugurated a new showroom in Paris working in partnership with RBC: this is another grand step in the ambitious project to rework its distribution network with monobrand stores and shops-in-shop in internationally strategic markets.
The new space has been designed by the French architect Jean Nouvel and is located in Paris’s 15th Arrondissement: it features some 500 square metres of space on three levels focused principally on the contract furnishings segment.
The store presents the full assortment of furniture for professional architects and interior designers: Molteni&C, Dada, and UniFor, together with other eminent brands, showcase their full product ranges in an organic fashion to facilitate discernment of the optimal solutions to any furnishing issue for the home—from dining rooms, living rooms, and sleeping quarters to kitchens, utility spaces, and the home office— public facilities, or business settings.
It is also an experiential setting open to architects and interior designers where they can envision reception and hospitality areas, informal spaces, and the entire range of professional and home offices.
Finally, always promoting a close dialogue between architecture, design, and culture, RBC has carved out a special space on the first floor for theme displays and exhibitions, expressing the importance of the culture of design and knowledge of its history and practitioners.
