In 2020 Matrix4Design in partnership with URBAN Photo Awards invites the photographers around the world to represent the new, up-to-date tendencies of the project and the changes of the urban landscape.
SPACES is one of the four thematic areas dedicated to Single Pictures: we are looking for your best photos focused on urban spaces, among buildings and streets, shapes and geometries, monuments and churches, industrial archaeology and abandoned places.
To propose your photos you have to use the following tags: architecture / buildings & structures / urban geometries / urban design / city landscapes / urban art / industrial / industrial archeology / green life / drone / aerial.
In addition, Matrix4Design presents a special prize NEW BUILDINGS, dedicated to the photos representing some of the symbols of architecture that have helped change the look of the city over the past ten years.
If you wish to enter the competition, you will only have to add the tag New Buildings (Matrix4design prize) to the Single Photos running in the category SPACES; pictures will be judged by Matrix4design editor Andrea Boni and by the photographer Federica Nardese, who will select a short list of the best photos and the absolute winner.
The total prize value is more than € 16.000 and the winners’ Exhibition will take place in October during Trieste Photo Days festival.
