Abet Laminati conquers the outdoor space with two proposals for the outdoors: MEG and EASY MEG.
MEG is a construction product that is ideal for architecture and comprises a rigid core combined with a decorative surface consisting of weather-resistant thermosetting resins; it is solid, compact and long-lasting, resistant to natural weathering (sunlight and atmospheric agents).
MEG is mainly used for cladding façades and balconies as well as for sunscreens, street furniture and outdoor signage; it is available in a wide range of decors and can be customised thanks to digital printing technology that allows specifiers to create a resistant wall cladding with a “customised skin”.
On the other hand, EASY MEG is the easy and ready to install siding system for the creation of external facades designed by Abet Laminati to offer an innovative design solution that significantly reduces the waste of materials and resources.
EASY MEG is designed to be easy to install, to require low maintenance and to maintain its characteristics over time – resisting atmospheric changes and light.
It is available with three different fixing systems: Closed Joint – which guarantees almost perfect water deflection and moisture removal; Open Joint – allowing for the fastest installation for systems such as cladding planks, external louvres or outer fencing; Overlapping – the easiest and fastest method to install planks, using only a special machined clamp.
EASY MEG is supplied in a complete and practical installation kit and is available in a range comprising 16 decors: 6 solid colours and 10 woodgrains. The result is a very versatile product and one which is ideal for customising outdoor spaces.
Finally, EXTERNA is a high-performance product suitable for renovating balconies, staircases, terraces, walkways and attics, is also part of the outdoor solutions range; the sheets are weather-resistant over time, have a special non-slip surface and do not require any special maintenance.
