Perfect for residential, hospitality or office use, Baltea is the new collection designed by Marco Zito for Bross where structure and shell intersect according to a game of soft and enveloping lines.
Baltea is available in a wide range of upholsteries, in fabric or leather; it includes a dining armchair and a lounge with a four-legged base made of metal tubular, with a black, brushed bronze or customizable nuance, also for a tone-on-tone effect with the upholstery.
In the chair version, the tubular is used to enhance the curvature of the seat cushion and create a sort of buttonhole on both sides, which defines the product identity and suggests the idea of a functional armrest.
The same concave shape is also found in the armchair, but lacking of the opening detail: instead, it is accompanied by an additional cushion that overlaps the shell, both in the seat and in the backseat, with an ergonomic and decorative effect.
